DIY Christmas Ornaments with Haksons Resin | A Festive Guide

The holiday season is upon us, and we are here to spread some Christmas cheer! True to the spirit of our enterprise, we will be sharing our 3 favourite DIY Christmas Ornaments using Haksons Resin, as well as providing you with some creative DIY Christmas decorations ideas to make your holiday season extra special. 

Our Projects revolve around the fascinating world of resin crafts. We’ll show you how to use Haksons Resin along with our stunning Pearl Pigments to craft beautiful and unique DIY Christmas ornaments that will add a touch of magic to your holiday decor.

 

Candy Cane Christmas Tree Ornament

How you can make it:

1. Mix the Haksons Resin with the Haksons Azure Blue Pearl Pigment thoroughly.
2. Pour this layer into your ornament mould and let it cure.
3. Place your candy canes in the centre, and pour a clear layer of resin on top
4. (Optional) Add some silver glitter in the previous code, to add sheen and shine!
5. Unmould, loop in a string and hang up on your tree!

Reindeer Resin Ornament

How you can make it:

1. Mix the Haksons Resin with the Haksons Raspberry Red Pearl Pigment thoroughly.
2. Pour this layer into your ornament mould and let it cure.
3. Mix green glitter with Haksons clear resin and pour on top of the previous layer.
4. Paint the MDF cutout of the reindeer, any colour of your choice.
5. Place the reindeer, and pour in a final layer of clear resin.
6. Unmould, loop in a string and hang up on your tree!

Snowflake Resin Ornament

How you can make it:

1. Mix the Haksons Resin with the Haksons Glacial Green Pearl Pigment thoroughly.
2. Pour this layer into your ornament mould and let it cure.
3. Mix Haksons Resin with iridescent glitter, and cut up some iridescent wrapping paper and pour for the second layer.
4. Place the snowflake cutout, and pour in a final layer of clear resin.
5. Unmould, loop in a string and hang up on your tree!
