Haksons Gesso is a top-quality undercoat for painting that provides a smooth and even surface for your preferred paint. 1. Prepare the surface to be painted or that has to be coated with epoxy resin: Clean the surface and make sure it is free of dust, debris, or oils.

2. Pour a small amount of gesso onto a palette or mixing surface.

3. Apply the gesso to the surface using a clean, flat brush, in crisscross strokes or spread evenly all over the surface.
4. Allow the gesso to dry completely. Depending on the conditions, this may take 10 to 15 minutes.

5. Once the gesso has dried, you can apply your desired paint over it, or coat it with epoxy resin according to the manufacturers instructions
Note: Use acrylic paint with gesso to change the colour of the gesso.
