You qualify when you have 8 or more completed orders on BohriAli.com in the last 12 months with the same email / phone number, and the combined product value is at least ₹25,000 (after discounts, before GST and shipping).

Cancelled or fully refunded orders are not counted in these 8.
Path 2
Buy a PRO Kit once
Buy any one BohriAli PRO Kit once, and your PRO Buyer status starts after your order is confirmed. The same ongoing rules for usage and expiry apply as Path 1.

If that Kit order is fully refunded for any reason, the PRO status given by that Kit can be removed.

How PRO Buyer works (in simple steps):

  1. How you become PRO:
    Path 1: At least 8 completed BohriAli.com orders in the last 12 months, with combined product value of ₹25,000 or more (after discounts, before GST and shipping).
    Path 2: Buy any one BohriAli PRO Kit once.
  2. How we count orders:
    We use a rolling 12-month window from today and your registered email ID / phone number to group orders. Cancelled or fully refunded orders do not count.
  3. How credits and shipping work:
    PRO orders on BohriAli.com or via an approved offline / WhatsApp flow earn 1% in BohriAli credits on the final product total (after discounts, before GST and shipping). Credits are added only after your order is delivered, are valid for 3 months, and can be used only on product value. If an order is partially refunded, credits for that order may be adjusted down.
    Shipping is always charged separately as per actual courier / transport cost after your order is placed. Shipping does not earn or consume credits and is not discounted under PRO.
  4. How to keep PRO active:
    You need at least one qualifying BohriAli.com order in every block of 3 consecutive calendar months. A qualifying order has product value of ₹10,000 or more (after discounts, before GST and shipping). If there are 3 months with no qualifying order, PRO ends automatically. You can always qualify again through Path 1 or Path 2.
  5. About Kits, invites and coverage:
    Becoming PRO through a Kit still follows the same “3-month, ₹10,000” rule; it is not lifetime by default. We may occasionally invite regular offline / WhatsApp buyers into PRO at our discretion. PRO Buyer and PRO shipping benefits are currently available only within India.
No. There is no separate membership fee. You become PRO automatically when you qualify via Path 1, or instantly when you buy a PRO Kit once (Path 2).
For Path 1, we calculate eligibility only on completed orders placed on BohriAli.com. We may invite certain regular offline / WhatsApp buyers into PRO manually, but that is by invitation, not guaranteed. Once you are PRO, agreed offline orders can also use PRO pricing and earn credits under the same rules.
Yes. If there are 3 consecutive calendar months with no qualifying BohriAli.com order of at least ₹10,000 in product value (after discounts, before GST and shipping), PRO Buyer status ends automatically. You can always become PRO again through Path 1 or Path 2.
Yes. Buying any BohriAli PRO Kit once unlocks PRO Buyer even if you haven’t yet reached 8 orders, as long as that Kit order is not fully refunded. After that, your ongoing PRO status follows the same 3-month qualifying order rule as everyone else.
The 2-month BohriAli App PRO access is a one-time benefit for PRO Buyers who buy any PRO Kit. You receive a coupon code that can be activated within 15 days; once activated, it gives you 2 months of PRO features on iPhone. When Android support launches, your PRO access will work there too at no extra cost for that period.
