India Pavilion, Osaka 2025 – Rangoli
This project started with a feeling, not a drawing: the India Pavilion team wanted a rangoli that felt like home and could survive months of Japanese weather.
We worked backwards from the site conditions – full sun, open air, daily visitors – and engineered a resin system that could handle UV, rain and the load of people walking over it.
Haksons Ultra Clear resin, combined with carefully chosen fillers and sealers, gave us the right balance of strength, flexibility and gloss. We tested pigment combinations specifically for outdoor use so the colours stay sharp instead of chalking out over time.
The final piece is a floor installation that visitors can walk on, dance around and photograph all day, while the pattern and colour stay exactly as designed.
- Reverse-engineered the build to handle UV, rain and heavy foot traffic
- Selected resin system and fillers for outdoor stability
- Chose pigments that hold their colour in direct sunlight
- Designed for easy installation and easy maintenance
Saphed – Essences Collection
Saphed came to us with a clear vision: objects that feel like quiet altars for scent, and a colour that is unmistakably “Saphed”.
We started with their 3D forms and built production-ready masters, suggesting small tweaks so the pieces demould cleanly, sit flat and age well in real homes.
Using Jesmonite® AC730, we developed a custom Saphed shade and locked in a mix that delivers the same tone, surface feel and cure every time. Pigments, ratios and process were all tuned for repeatability, not just a one-off sample.
Today, every Essences block and vessel feels like part of one family: soft to touch, stone-like in presence, and reliable to produce at scale.
- Translated Saphed’s design language into Jesmonite® forms
- Engineered masters and moulds for clean demoulding
- Developed a custom Saphed shade in Jesmonite® AC730
- Tuned the mix so every batch cures to the same colour and texture

India Pavilion, Osaka 2025 – Water Panels
For the water panels, the brief sounded simple: make visitors feel like they’re standing next to real water.
We started by sculpting and refining a master surface with gentle waves and ripples, then turned it into production-ready silicone moulds. Every curve had to feel natural, but still demould cleanly and repeat without distortion.
Using Haksons Ultra Clear Epoxy Resin, we tuned clarity, bubble control and colour tone until the panels read as water from a distance and up close. Small adjustments to mix, pour technique and cure conditions helped us lock in a consistent “wet” look across multiple casts.
Each panel was then aligned so the wave pattern flows from one to the next, creating one continuous surface instead of separate pieces.
- Designed silicone moulds to capture soft waves and ripples
- Tuned resin clarity and tint to read as real water
- Ensured wave patterns align seamlessly from panel to panel
- Engineered casting process for repeatable results at scale

Resin & Wood Photo Box
The Resin & Wood Photo Box rethinks how we store and display cherished photographs. Designed for One Fine Day, it combines a warm solid-wood frame with a clear resin “window” that protects and showcases the image inside.
The piece was developed as a personalised keepsake for weddings and special occasions. The resin surface carries the couple’s logo and delicate florals, while the wood adds weight, warmth and a timeless, tactile feel. Each box is finished by hand, so no two pieces are ever identical.
- Custom logo and artwork embedded directly into the resin.
- Pressed florals and grain variations make each box one-of-a-kind.
- Designed as a premium gift that lives on the coffee table, not in a drawer.
- Personalised logo embedded in resin
- Warm, tactile mix of wood and resin
- Designed as a long-life keepsake gift
- Each piece finished and packed by hand
Handcrafted Jesmonite Invitation Frames
For this private commission, we crafted more than 300 bespoke invitation frames for an intimate wedding celebration. Each piece was designed as a keepsake, not just a carrier for the invite.
The frame began as a custom sketch, then was sculpted and translated into a silicone mould before being cast in Jesmonite AC730. The stone finish gives it weight, texture and a soft, timeless elegance that photographs beautifully and feels premium in the hand.
Every frame is poured, finished and packed by our team in small batches, so minor variations in texture and speckling make each one feel unique to the couple.
- Over 300 handcrafted frames produced to a tight wedding timeline.
- Custom floral relief pattern cast in Jesmonite AC730 stone finish.
- Designed to be displayed long after the event as a keepsake frame.

The Resin Cricket Bat Memento
The Resin Cricket Bat Memento is a sculpted tribute to the game, combining cast resin with carefully selected solid wood to create a sleek, gallery-worthy object. Designed as a display piece rather than a functional bat, it captures the emotion of a milestone innings or a lifelong love for cricket in a contemporary form.
The resin is tinted in a calm, ocean-inspired tone that contrasts with the warmth and grain of the wood. Each piece is poured, sanded and finished by hand, giving the surface a smooth, tactile feel while allowing the natural character of the timber to show through. The clean geometry lets the materials do the talking.
Every memento can be customised with names, dates, match details or a small logo, making it ideal for retirement gifts, tournament awards or one-of-a-kind personal collectibles. Because each pour of resin and every piece of wood is unique, no two bats are ever identical.
- Hand-cast resin and solid wood
- Customisable with names, dates and logos
- Designed as a sculptural display piece, not a playing bat
- Each piece finished, sanded and polished by hand
- Ideal for milestones, awards and personal collections
Customised Desk Decor — Citrus Pencil Stand
This customised desk decor piece was designed as a special gift from an Indian company to their Spanish jam brand partners, celebrating the success of a collaborative project. The brief was to create something functional for the desk, but also unmistakably tied to the client’s citrus-based products.
We developed a solid-wood pencil stand that integrates a real dried orange slice, crystal-clear resin and precise branding. Each unit was machined, sanded and finished by hand, then cast with a genuine orange segment encapsulated in resin so the fruit remains visible, protected and timeless.
Personalisation was at the heart of the project. Every stand was individually engraved with the recipient’s name and the brand’s identity, turning a simple accessory into a meaningful keepsake. The warm grain of the wood, combined with the translucent citrus detail, creates a piece that feels both crafted and contemporary.
Delivered as a coordinated set, these stands became a memorable way to say thank you—sitting on each recipient’s desk as a daily reminder of the partnership and the story behind the brand.
- Custom-designed desk organiser for a Spanish jam brand
- Real orange slices encapsulated in resin
- Each piece engraved with individual recipient names
- Combines branding, function and storytelling in one object
- Delivered as a coordinated gift set for the entire partner team
