This Privacy Policy explains how M.S. Enterprises (BohriAli.com) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Resin & Jesmonite Calculator mobile application and related services (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

Account Information. If you create an account or sign in, we may collect information required to identify and maintain your account, such as your email address, Sign in with Apple identifier, and an internal user identifier.

App Data You Provide. The App allows you to create and save information such as makes, materials, costing information, vendors, business details, estimates, proformas, invoices, expenses, colour recipes, and other information you choose to enter.

Depending on the features you use, this information may be stored locally on your device and/or securely transmitted to our cloud infrastructure to provide account sync, backup, restore, and related functionality.

Course and Purchase Entitlements. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple. We do not receive your full payment card or banking details. We may receive and store information necessary to verify purchases and provide access to subscriptions or courses, such as product identifiers, transaction information, entitlement status, and the account associated with an entitlement.

Diagnostics. Apple and services used to operate the App may process technical information necessary for reliability, security, and diagnostics, such as device or operating-system information and error information. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide, maintain, sync, back up, and restore App functionality.
Maintain your account and saved App data.
Verify purchases, subscriptions, and course access.
Generate documents and calculations requested by you.
Maintain security and prevent abuse.
Diagnose technical problems and improve reliability.
Provide customer support.

We do not sell your personal information or use your App data for third-party advertising.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Apple handles your payment information. We receive only information necessary to determine whether a purchase or entitlement is valid and to provide the corresponding features or content.

Subscription management, cancellation, billing issues, and refund requests are handled through Apple.

4. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We use third-party service providers where necessary to operate the App.

These may include:

Apple, for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, subscriptions, distribution, and diagnostics.
Supabase, for authentication, cloud storage/database functionality, account sync, backup/restore, and entitlement management.

We only share information as necessary to provide these services, operate the App, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect our users and rights.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Service providers that process information on our behalf are expected to protect it consistently with applicable privacy and security requirements.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain account and cloud-synced information for as long as necessary to provide the App and maintain your account, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can delete locally saved information using available controls within the App.

If you have created an account, you can initiate account deletion from within the App. Account deletion removes your account and associated personal data from our systems, except information we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.

Deleting the App from your device removes locally stored App data but does not necessarily delete information associated with an online account. Use the account deletion option within the App if you wish to delete your account and associated cloud data.

You may manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

You may control Apple’s sharing of diagnostics through iOS privacy settings.

7. Tracking and Advertising

We do not use your personal information for cross-app tracking or targeted third-party advertising.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International Data Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where applicable, information is handled using appropriate safeguards and in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our services, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
